I wanna start by saying i wouldn't take a pet rock to this place. If it was possible I would give 0 stars. I really hope the VA stops sending veterans to this horrible place because God forbid you need treatment for PTSD. The staff has been disrespectful on many occasions. Including a manager/receptionist having an opinion on treatment when she's not even a dr. Consistency? The only thing they're consistent at is being a shitty office. I have seen/been treated by at least 4 providers regarding medication management alone. Th... read more

This place is a JOKE, DO NOT GO HERE!!! Had the first appointment doc. calls in prescription then get a letter telling me "we dont take your insurance" then calls another prescription and says will set up an appointment. That never happened now again sorry we dont take your insurance you have to pay out of pocket. That's wonderful for someone who's without a job trying to get sober. So basically here's 2 months of bupernorphine now your hooked on that good luck with withdrawals see ya later.!!!

I see from other reviews, you're not scoring any points with disabled veterans. When you schedule an appointment for a specific time, that's the time a person shows up. If you want them 30 minutes earlier, you set the appointment accordingly. It really shouldn't be that difficult. It also shouldn't be a cause for indignation from your office staff. Be a little more professional and do better.

I am a 100 percent disabled veteran and went to this place after being referred by the VA. Sad to say that many providers take referrals from the government so they can bill against your tax dollars. I was scheduled for an anxiety appointment erroneously and was forced to make a copay to be seen. The person that I met with was a tattooed Social Worker that was an intern. I was forced to meet with her first even though the referral was for ADHD. When I rescheduled for Ms Lalas they informed me that my referral was not done co... read more

Referred here from the VA for med management and counseling. My first appointment, I show up and doors are locked. I call and I’m told the doctor called in and my appointment is cancelled, and when I asked about why I was not called, just got the response “if you want to be mad at someone, be mad at me”. I was rescheduled and let it go. On my second counseling appointment, showed up, doors locked, lights off. No call no notification. In 3 appointments the facility no showed with no call, yet they have a sign in their office ... read more
