Referred here from the VA for med management and counseling. My first appointment, I show up and doors are locked. I call and I’m told the doctor called in and my appointment is cancelled, and when I asked about why I was not called, just got the response “if you want to be mad at someone, be mad at me”. I was rescheduled and let it go. On my second counseling appointment, showed up, doors locked, lights off. No call no notification. I've been coming here since they first opened and always good until after yesterday and being forgotten about and did not call my meds in knowing my father just passed and already been out since Friday on behalf of them
does not answer the phone have called then 9 times in one day just to have no one answer
High turnover of providers creates unsafe prescribing practices for patients.
