Overbilled me and refused to correct their mistake, which was extremely frustrating. I was also charged for a lower appliance that was never shipped until I followed up to ask where it was. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable. The customer service rep is incredibly rude and unprofessional to doctors. Doctors beware!

LITERALLY THE BEST LAB! They are very professional, prompt, thorough, and so easy to work with! We use them for MARPE and MSE Fabrication and we're very pleased. If you're unhappy with the lab you're using, SWITCH! You won't regret it.
