Sadly, we had to euthanize our 16 yr. old cat, Ralph. He was my lovely " orange cat ", and the first cat I ever owned. We called Partners and Paws, and they came that afternoon. I was a wreck and my husband laid on the floor next to his Buddy. The Dr, and asst. were so kind and loving to Ralph and they made the whole thing somehow comforting. I cannot begin to tell how special they are. We are so grateful.

After being misdiagnosed by another vet my sister recommended Dr. Brandes. Although it was heartbreaking to learn our sweet 3 yr. old shepherd had a very weak heart and wasn't going to make it. Dr. Brandes was so compassionate. He gave us so much time with our sweet boy. Just speaking to him on the phone and the beautiful card they sent us, you can tell how much they love animals. We are so happy we found him and our baby didn't suffer.
I don't think words can express how amazing both Alexis and Tim are. Your animal will receive top notch, professional, compassionate treatment. They literally see your pet "as their own". She saved our German Shepherd once from bloat and again from pancreatitis. Then they were both there for us when it came time for him to pass in peace. Bar none, they are the best out there and set the Gold Standard for what every vet practice should aspire to be.
Just went to see Dr. Tim yesterday with one of my cats. Clean brand new facility, quick wait time for the doctor and very fair costs for vetting. I just saw they offer grooming! Great place, they also called to follow up regarding my pets well being today.
Thank you so much Dr. Brandes and staff for getting my beagle, Tolley, in to be seen bright and early on a Saturday morning. I'm incredibly grateful he was able to get the care he needed and feel confident his symptoms will be under control moving forward. I was thoroughly impressed with the kindness of the staff, impeccably clean and state of the art facility--and absolutely blown away by the ambulance! Thanks Cindy and Lily for the tour!
So I just took Sonny and Perry, two of our most hyper dogs we have, one being a Wheaton Terrier and the other a Peke-a-poo, in for their yearly check up to the new vet place in Lisle, Partners and Paws Veterinary Services. LOVE THEM!!!!! So friendly, clean, knowledgeable, reasonable and not trying to force every thing under the sun down your throat! I highly recommend them to any animal parents. Great people, and local Lisle folks too!
