After reading the comments I was extremely stressed. Thankfully I send everything that they ask for and it only took 15 days for them to process everything. Hope this comment helps people who are feeling overwhelmed after seeing the reviews.
gap insurance MY ASS. my car insurance didn’t cover around $300 due to pre-existing damage to my car. partners alliance was paid a THOUSAND dollars to cover the gap that insurance wouldnt cover & they left me with a bill for $300 on a vehicle i dont even own anymore. these guys SUCK
This company hides behind privacy laws and absolutely does nothing. Be prepared to do absolutely all the footwork to get your gap insurance covered. I have to contact my insurance, dealership and leander all myself with the giant list required paperwork from all parties. Some of this will be emailed, snail mailed and its all over the place. With a wreck like mine, with a brain bleed closed fracture sternum, a two broken ankles, and a broken tibula and fibla, this is a lot of work for me, yes. THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY EVER‼️IT TOOK TWO WEEKS FOR SOMEONE TO ASWER THE PHONE ANOTHER TWO WEEKS TO REQUEST DOCUMENTS THREE WEEKS TO LET US KNOW MORE DOCUMENTS WERE NEEDED‼️AS A GAP INSURANCE COMPANY THEY DIDNT MAKE A PAYMENT IN FULL AFTER TWO MONTHS WE FINALLY RECEIVED A PAY OUT OF WHAT THEY WANTED TO PAY NOT WHAT WAS NEED TO COVER THE ADDITIONAL COST‼️‼️SAMANTHA THE CLAIMS REP IS VERY RUDE AND SHORT WHEN YOU SPEAK WITH HER‼️‼️IF YOU GET GAP AND THEY RECOMMEND THEM RUNNNNNN‼️
