The first time I've ever had to use gap insurance, and boy was I glad I had Partners Alliance. Their communication and friendly help made the transaction easy and fast. As long as you supply all the necessary documents the claim is as smooth as butter. Everybody was so helpful and friendly.
I've dealt with the personnel at Partner's Alliance Corporation for 25+ years and they are exceptional at what they do and truly care. I cannot say enough good things about Partner's Alliance. I understand GAP claim processing can be frustrating since insurance companies require so much paperwork and that paperwork has to have exact amounts before claim can be processed and paid. I was a bit taken a back by the bad reviews. My experience was straightforward and the support team was friendly. Just over a week after submitting all the paperwork, a check was in the mail to my loan provider.
