THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY EVER‼️IT TOOK TWO WEEKS FOR SOMEONE TO ASWER THE PHONE ANOTHER TWO WEEKS TO REQUEST DOCUMENTS THREE WEEKS TO LET US KNOW MORE DOCUMENTS WERE NEEDED‼️AS A GAP INSURANCE COMPANY THEY DIDNT MAKE A PAYMENT IN FULL AFTER TWO MONTHS WE FINALLY RECEIVED A PAY OUT OF WHAT THEY WANTED TO PAY NOT WHAT WAS NEED TO COVER THE ADDITIONAL COST‼️‼️SAMANTHA THE CLAIMS REP IS VERY RUDE AND SHORT WHEN YOU SPEAK WITH HER‼️‼️IF YOU GET GAP AND THEY RECOMMEND THEM RUNNNNNN‼️
Worst Compnay ever, don’t use them.
You will see the same thing on every review. They dont even deserve 1 star. Ive had to use other gap companies before and dont get me wrong, they're a pain in the butt also. But Partners acts like they're in the Flintstone ages. They send you a list of things they need and then they say 14 days to review it. Then almost 14 days later they send you ANOTHER LIST of things and then ANOTHER 14 days to review that. Worse customer service and claim process. Still going through the process. Documents are required even when there documents say there not. Very long response and most of the time it is "need more documents". I would not use this company if possible.
The greasy salesmen here will do everything in their power to stop you from claiming the GAP insurance you pay for! Don't get it with them!!!
