I've dealt with the personnel at Partner's Alliance Corporation for 25+ years and they are exceptional at what they do and truly care. I cannot say enough good things about Partner's Alliance. I understand GAP claim processing can be frustrating since insurance companies require so much paperwork and that paperwork has to have exact amounts before claim can be processed and paid. I was a bit taken a back by the bad reviews. My experience was straightforward and the support team was friendly. Just over a week after submitting all the paperwork, a check was in the mail to my loan provider.
A scam insurance company if I've ever met one. They actively make up any reason and come to their own deductions in direct contradiction of your base insurance company in order to get out of ensuring you. It is ridiculous trying to work with them and insulting that I even bought a car under one of their policies. Avoid them if you can I wish I could give them less than one star.
What a terrible GAP company that will do anything to get out of paying for what is owed to the customer and the lien holder. I financed my car three years ago. Mid February 2026 it was deemed a total loss by Progressive insurance. Partner’s Alliance has done everything not to pay. They put so many technical clauses in the contract in order to get of of paying due to the fine print. They deemed my car as a commercial vehicle so they wouldn’t pay. If I could give 0 stars.... I WOULD! I bought my car back at the beginning of the year 2023 through my dealership so I had no clue honestly about these reviews. Well, now the end of first quarter 2026 my car resulted in a total loss. There was a big misunderstanding between my car insurance company and this company which took a week to get fixed.
