DO NOT PURCHASE THIS GAP! Worst company EVER! They have horrible customer service they do not respond fast they did not help with any pay out for my car theft and only refunded less then half what I paid for the actual insurance.
this company doesn't even deserve a one star customer service sucks, I filed a claim and when I called for a status I was told that based on the date that I submitted my claim it will take them 14 business days to open and read my email because they got too many before me. Since then I am back and forth trying to grab all the paperwork for them to process my claim. This company does NOT even deserve 1 star. Its been well over a month since I filed claim and I e sent them The same exact documents multiple times. Ive talked to 3 different people in the past week and have been told they have everything they need. Do not use this company for your gap. Insurance or any other purposes? They take your money and they don't cover their end of their deal. I've been waiting 6 months for them. To write an $8000. Check to my bank and they still haven't done it. Because they keep losing the paperwork, we've sent them 4 times Please, please do yourself a huge favor do not trust this company whatsoever.
