What a terrible GAP company that will do anything to get out of paying for what is owed to the customer and the lien holder. I financed my car three years ago. Mid February 2026 it was deemed a total loss by Progressive insurance. Partner’s Alliance has done everything not to pay. They put so many technical clauses in the contract in order to get of of paying due to the fine print. They deemed my car as a commercial vehicle so they wouldn’t pay. If I could give 0 stars.... I WOULD! I bought my car back at the beginning of the year 2023 through my dealership so I had no clue honestly about these reviews. Well, now the end of first quarter 2026 my car resulted in a total loss. There was a big misunderstanding between my car insurance company and this company which took a week to get fixed. My car got totaled in the beginning of February, Here it is, March, they keep claiming we haven't sent them the needed paper work, when in reality WE HAVE. OUR LENDER HAS. A few times. We are paying a monthly payment on a car we no longer have and paying on our new car. NEVER AGAIN will i allow a dealership talk me into taking their CRAP gap insurance. After reading the comments I was extremely stressed. Thankfully I send everything that they ask for and it only took 15 days for them to process everything. Hope this comment helps people who are feeling overwhelmed after seeing the reviews.
gap insurance MY ASS. my car insurance didn’t cover around $300 due to pre-existing damage to my car. partners alliance was paid a THOUSAND dollars to cover the gap that insurance wouldnt cover & they left me with a bill for $300 on a vehicle i dont even own anymore. these guys SUCK
