Staff is always friendly and helpful.
Don't use this bank! They do not catch fraudulent transactions unless you find and report and only the ones you report. Canceled my old card, was sent a digital one on my phone (never used) and blocked new card and i did this at the bank. Still hackers were able to make transactions and im in negative now. So I suggest if you want security don't use this bank. At least at home If any is stolen I know who did it. Very happy with their service.
Wow. This is one of the most rude, petty places I’ve ever been to. My therapist works right across the street. This street has been under construction for many months. For most of that time, I’ve parked a ways and have walked. Recently, it has gotten cold. I’ve gone to their parking lot at 5:00 to be there for an hour. There has been an open row every time I’ve been there and then 3-4 cars in the row behind me. I got a passive aggressive not last week telling me how that parking was for customers only. This is a horrible bank. We paid them $900+ for our escrow balance so our payment would go back down, being reassured that they would get it taken care of, I checked my mortgage payment the next time it came out and nothing changed. The DAY I can change which bank my mortgage is through, I will be doing so.
