This is a horrible bank. We paid them $900+ for our escrow balance so our payment would go back down, being reassured that they would get it taken care of, I checked my mortgage payment the next time it came out and nothing changed. The DAY I can change which bank my mortgage is through, I will be doing so.
Absolutely wonderful staff who know what they're doing
I had given a check to a family member on a credit union which was a Shared Branch to your credit union. She called your branch to ask about cashing the check and the indivudual she talked to told her they couldn't cash it and recommended she take it to Check Smart. Check Smart charged her over $50 to cash the check. Very disappointed that your institution did not honor the Shared Branch commitment and gave her such poor advice.
They're alright but very cranky and rude most of the time like they hate their jobs! I try to avoid dealing with them in person problem solved! However their is a fella named Justin I believe is his name he couldn't be any nicer!
ALECIA, LESLIE, and ROSALIE were extremely helpful and informative. I needed to replace a lost Account Card and switch a CD over to my MMA. They were efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable regarding each of me concerns and questions. THANKS!!!
