This feels like a “hometown “ bank right in the middle of a big city. I love coming here to do banking. They always greet me by name and make me feel welcomed. Love this bank.
Nice staff but.... I went into the branch with a cashier's check in hand wanting to acquire a one-year CD. To do so they require you to download their app and multiple steps as it relates. After not being able to work through the technology I drove to the next Bank (partners first) over and was able to walk out the door without downloading an app within 20 minutes. Ease of transaction is insanely important this day and age and the 3.8 google rating for this bank is quite telling to their processes and customer service. It co... read more
Had to run in to do a quick transaction and the three ladies in the front, Bri, Alecia, and Leslie, made the process quick and easy. Keep up the good work.
Do not bank here!! We had consistent issues to the point we chose to close the account and STILL are having issues despite closing the account two months ago.
