Horrible behavior from staff very unwelcoming and constantly changing rules for non members
I've banked with this bank for 6 years now, the Huntington branch to be specific and those people are outrageously wonderful people!! But, this bank has me feeling ripped off and disappointed! I had to get a new debit card sent to me and I didn't realize it linked to my Google play account, so when I was playing my game and purchasing power ups, I thought I was using my play pass points, but in reality it was charging my debit card! I have been banking here for over 30 years easy. Everyone is amazing and I have never had an issue. Scott Gillium helped us most recently along with many others when our accounts were hacked.
