If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. Your management team has proven to be impossible to contact, and your business practices are nothing short of predatory. Not only have you unjustly raised rent and begun charging $75/month for parking—which has historically been included—but you have also failed to address critical issues that directly impact the health and safety of your tenants. Better hope you don’t have to deal with them. It’s 100% about protecting themselves. They don’t care about their tenants, or their neighbors. Pray to whomever that they don’t buy property next to yours, and if they do be prepared to file homeowners claims for their damage.

‘Mom and Pop’ property management groups are a hit or miss. Ladies in the office were kind and typically quick to respond to any issues that came up over my lease - reason for the extra star. As someone who has worked in residential property management for quite sometime, their operation seems predatory to tenants (myself included).
