terrible customer service. arguing back and forth. customer is ALWAYS right.
Customer service sucks but has great stuff
They have an amazing selection of party supplies. However, the staff is extremely rude. Every time I go there, I tell myself it will be the last time because of the poor customer service. One employee in particular walks around asking others if they need help, but he has never once asked me if I need assistance.
