I placed an order for balloons, and set the pick up time for today at 6 p.m. when I showed up no one was there and the doors were locked. although the sign says that the store closes at 8. I could understand if there had been some sort of emergency considering it's a small business, however when you have people who you know are coming to pick up orders you should at least let them know I could have come earlier today if that was the case. I expect a full refund
