Partex Design Build Contractors Inc. I can definitely say that it is a very reliable company and I recommend it. They always prioritize customer satisfaction and at the same time do a professionally great job.
We hired Partex for our third floor addition in 2023. Although it took some time to get through Committee of Adjustment and building permits, Partex was dogged about staying on the City and the engineers to steer us around the rocks. We finally finished in spring, 2024. It would not have been pretty without Partex and Andrew.
Andrew is detail focused and keen to work within your budget. He comes up with innovative solutions to whatever renovation problem that might appear.
