We were so appreciative of Alexis giving us a couple tours last minute! She made our family feel so welcome and we loved the place!
I have to say that I agree with Jose about the communication in this property. When you guys gave us communications about the windows being cleaned, you gave us an exact day. You didn’t give us a small group of days. You have people who live here who are disabled. They may not look like it, but they are. How is somebody like me, supposed to do something as simple as shower, and not know if somebody’s going to be entering their apartment? I am continuously frustrated with Parterre and am moving out ASAP. After living here for 2 years I can't wait to move out. The management staff is horrible the manager is a dictator, everywhere she goes she always looks angry and is CONDESENDING and RUDE. Don't even try to go the the office to raise concern about anything because you will be met with a very annoyed manager saying she's "busy" and to talk to someone else. Anthony is a wonderful leasing agent. He is very knowledgeable in his role. I definitely recommend this property. It is very beautiful and well taken care of. It is also in a great area with many great people and lots of fun activities to do.
