Michelin star worthy! We enjoyed our dinner at Partage immensely. The creative 9 course dinner was a lot of food, but really showcased the chefs talent. In a city of mediocre , expensive , hotel satellite restaurants , Partage stands out as a truly chef driven experience.
Had the 7 course with premium wine paring. Staff and chef were amazing. Great flavors prepared delicately. The wine progressions was perfect! Would absolutely go back and will recommend to others. Expensive - but more than happy to support small businesses outside of the corporate casinos while in Vegas.
We did the signature 9 course tasting menu and overall, the dishes weren't bad. It was my first time trying frog legs and oddly enough, it tasted like chicken. The oxtail course was delicious but an interesting choice for a French tasting menu. My favorite was the final dessert which was a play on milk and cereal. The service was great but this tasting menu didn't wow me.
Top notch dining experience. 10/10
Great food and service. We go there to celebrate and we are never disappointed. Can get noisy
