Went in... talked to a salesman (Lee)... Saw what I wanted... He quoted a price (written)...I went to other dealerships in Austin and also Houston...went back to Lee... Signed the papers... HONEST and FRIENDLY salespeople... Highly recommended!!!
I would not recommend Hewlett's Georgetown body shop to anyone. They are very unprofessional and unorganized. There workmanship is totally unacceptable. I can not believe that this is the body shop for the whole Hewlett dealership. Every time they told me my truck was ready, when I got there to pick it up it was not ready, their excuse was that a technician had messed up the paint job while it was still wet so they had to redo it.
