Pretty cool penthouse, but I would look elsewhere. I urge you to read this review although lengthy. Won’t be staying here again. You pay good money to book this property, and they charge a lot of fees and show nothing in return. $550 cleaning fee, $95 Damage fee, $99 concierge fee, and then a processing fee of $135. Paradise Play property was perfect for our group of 10 kids and 6 adults. Plenty of room and activities. Never felt crowded. All of the essentials were well stocked.
I recommend anyone considering Parsons Villas to book their stay already! You’ll be greeted with a warm welcome and phenomenal accommodations. Parsons brings an entire new meaning to luxury if you ask me!!!

Large beautiful home great for families or groups. Well equipped and comfortable. Great outdoor amenities. Only criticism was that hot tub needed cleaning. Otherwise lovely property.
The house was amazing and they were very responsive in addressing an issue that came up.
