Super quick and friendly. After my repair, something else ended up acting up which honestly just happens sometimes, and Kyle got me right back in and had my car back to me in no time. That kind of follow through means a lot. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back!

Best place to get a fix
I called Parsons Service for an estimate for a brake job on my 2016 Ford Focus RS. I had a previous estimate from a Ford dealership. Parsons quoted me an estimate that was 1/3 the estimate of the dealership. To say I was pleased is an understatement. The parts required were not available off the shelf.
