This has far been the worse place I ever lived. From day one moving in, the place wasn’t clean. Mark who quit that I was dealing with at first was notified multiple times to have it cleaned, he had to hire someone to come clean it after a week or two. The refrigerator was still dirty so I had to clean it & literally when I lifted the glass it broke in pieces. Been very happy during my stay with Parsons Property(3rd year). Never an issue when repairing or replacing things. Always timely. Mark and Tim are always helpful and explain things while working. Thanks!

I would not reccommend this company to anyone...rentals are not up to code..do not screen tenants..black mold..bugs..poor maintenance..(and always on their time)and then to top it off even if you leave your place in immaculate move in condition fullfilling all terms of the lease you never see your deposit...and Judy Cole Glasford is the rental agent and has never lived in one of their units. She likes to butter both sides of the bread but always to her advantage.
maintenance sucks. they did install ac/heat but never finished the job. they don't scan the tenants. you might wind up living across from drug dealers to child or sex offenders...they have a high turnover of student tenants. I think if you call them and they do the fix it job so crappy you wont want to call them again... Everything is by the book... Not to code but close enough...
