I’ve had a really great experience with Parsons Park Medical Clinic. The clinic is very professional, welcoming, and caring. The doctors take the time to listen to their patients, understand their concerns, and provide proper guidance and care. The staff is also very friendly and helpful, and I really appreciate how smoothly everything is handled. I’ve always felt comfortable and well taken care of here. Parsons Park Medical Clinic is truly one of the best clinics. My family doctor, Dr. Tabani, has always been very kind, caring, and professional. He listens patiently, takes my concerns seriously, and always makes sure I get the right care and guidance. I was also referred to Dr. Maie Abdullah, who was amazing. I have been a regular patient at this clinic for the past few months since my doctor joined, so this review is based on my personal experience. The doctors are excellent, caring, and professional, which is the only reason I stayed with this clinic. Unfortunately, the front desk and overall clinic management are extremely disappointing. The reception staff are often rude, unwelcoming, rarely answer phone calls, and don't know how to prioritise their work while patients are standing in long lines waiting for assistance.
