BEWARE:DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!!!!!’she will not take responsibility for her hygienist’s (Payton) mistakes!!! Instead will refer you to a periodontist that is a colleague (friend) of hers that will in turn tell you that her hygienist was not at fault and that you have an auto immune disease. I am not a dr but I do know that you require lab tests to diagnose an autoimmune disease. She refused to pay the bill from her colleague (friend) that was >$1000. I always enjoy coming to the office. The staff are highly professional and customer-oriented. Additionally, I appreciate the fact that they use contemporary practices from an operational perspective (e.g. text/email reminders for appointments, functionality to conduct screening online, and they are pretty active on social media). Would I recommend this office to a friend? YES! I even have my sons going there as well for their appointments. Highly Recommended!
Dr. Parsons is very professional & also very kind. She explains everything to you, even when something might cause you any discomfort. I appreciated that. I highly recommend her.
