WHEN CONFRONTED LISA (SERVICE MANAGER) LIED AND SAID I GAVE HER PERMISSION! WHEN CONFRONTED ABOUT HER LYING SHE WAS RUDE CURSED @ ME AND HUNG UP! BAD BUSINESS ETHICS! WATCH OUT DONT GO HUGE RIP OFF! TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE ELSE!
