The receptionist could not have been nicer, love her! Looking forward to our first appointment!
I like Dr. Parsons, but honestly the woman who is at the front and makes the appointments is the rudest. I've worked in doctor offices before and this would not be tolerated. If you choose to keep her, please put her somewhere where she doesn't have any interaction with your patients. Thank you.
Dr. Parsons is simply the VERY BEST! We just moved to Texas and I have had melanoma, so I was in need of a new dermatologist to stay on schedule for mole checks. Dr. Parsons REALLY knows what she is doing! She is personable, makes you feel completely comfortable, takes the time to answer all of your questions, really cares and is COMPLETELY professional! And, her nurse, Jackie, is AMAZING! I no longer get nervous about my appointments, and actually look forward to seeing them! Thank you!
