They would not order the recall part for my car I bought from them. They just kept pushing me off. I waited 1 and a half years for them to fix it and made many attempts for them to fix it and I got tired of waiting so I took it to another Ford dealership and got it fix the next day. I don't know why they are not worried about a recall.......
