Customer Service is actually negative 1. I walked in the unlocked front door of the office and immediately was told to leave and go down to the voice box window, like i had the bubonic plague. From there, i simply asked if anyone could come out and help me, no, tell me what you need. Horrible service. I went to a competitive stone business and gave them $900.00. They have good prices on Mulch.
Omg i give the owner 5 stars for how they responded to customer complaints ! I dont even need anything from this farm but im gonna order some topsoil as soon as i find a place to put it !
