The people here actually care and want to help you I love this place
Applaud the fact that center is providing needed care to the unhoused, but they really need to be more aware and proactive in their behaviour as NEIGHBORS. They conveniently gated their parking lot but still don't have any qualms about the homeless encampments that they allow on the rear of their property and along 4th avenue. As a neighbor, I have to constantly be aware of my surroundings when I walk my dog. Keep an eye out for syringes on the floor or used foils from their opiods. They seem to treat you OK. THE waiting time is really long usually long very long. I really like the fact that they let homeless people take showers there and they give them cup of soup if they are hungry. They let them charge their phones and stuff. They let them bring their animals in out of the heat. If u call and need to talk to someone forget it. They never answer the phone after you listen to the long ass message , it says leave message But that is waste of time
