I am disappointed with the service I received from ArchKey/Parsons Electric. I needed follow up after a job was completed and I paid them. I had a light fixture that smoked and sparked when turned on. It turns out the wires were improperly exposed in that fixture and at least 3 others. I used another electrician to do the repair. Then I realized the electrical connection to some outdoor fixtures was not properly reconnected. We've had the team from Parsons out at our property several times this year and couldn't more impressed! Cody, who took charge of communication and initial site visits, is personable and an excellent communicator. He took the time to really understanding the project and made helpful suggestions at several points. Jeff, who has been performing the work on site, has gone above and beyond to make sure the project turned out well. This company will be the first we call if we need electrical work in the future.
Great communication and service installation for electricity from home to new garage. Timely and friendly. They exceeded our expectations and we would recommend them going forward.
Friendly, fast working employees. Showed up on time and were done in one day. The operator even went above and beyond to not hurt my apple tree and electrician did a great job on my garage. They also gave me a better quote compared to the local electric companies. Would strongly recommend!
