Very unsafe driver in a marked company vehicle weaving in and out of traffic going at least 90 between downtown and SMF. With such disregard for safety and others, I'd seek another option.
I tried calling Parsons today at 9:30 in the morning and was met with an unanswered ringing then a loud busy signal then a hang up. WTH Parsons? What if I were a director in a public workshop agency looking for some expertise or a contractor looking to talk JV on a large project? You can't afford to have a face answer the phone and help me? I WONT CALL YOU AGAIN! HDR AND STANTEC ALWAYS ANSWERS THEIR PHONES!
