This side walk is on the side of a new community that uses Landscaping company called Southland Landscaping , and what they are doing is filling our storm water pipes full of pine cones and straw, I'm waiting to see if they blow them back in the pipe , SouthLand Landscaping is the reason Why they are there to begin with they blow them in there out of sight out of mind , I got it unclogged ,all that debris was crammed in the culvert pipe
