We recently bought a house from them and it was a terrible experience. Connie was incredibly rude to our realtor, inconsiderate of our time, included several documents for the wrong property in our closing packet, and told the seller to go home while we were in the middle of an inspection. We recently purchased a home and the entire transaction has been a nightmare. The day of closing, the furnace would not work, even though the disclosure said it did. After informing the realtor, we were told that it's our house now. We had to hire an attorney to get reimbursement of the monies it has required to get the furnace up and running, The washing machine did not work as promised, we had to purchase new. Connie Parson and her staff are the most amazing people I have ever worked with. This little lady sold my house in one day. She is all about business. I absolutely couldn't have asked for a better realtor.
