we rented a condo from parsley baldwin, it was dirty and blinds were broken, we cleaned the condo, as it was being shown, a cleaning person had "cleaned", not sure where, laundry in the dryer, had to make a bed as the cleaner had not gotten to that room. did offer to come back our first day there. we had cleaned the condo by then as it was very dirty. i asked for our deposit back and part of the cleaning fee, that was in febuary and it is now august 26th and i am finally getting a check. i have talked to the office 5 times a... read more
