This dr and his assistant have gone beyond just dentistry with surgical procedures for my sister who is a senior their care understanding patience and concern for her well being is phenomenal and highly recommend and thank you
One star is too much. I had an appointment at 5 pm on a weeknight. I sat in the waiting room (to get a crown that day) for 30 minutes and then they tell me that they failed to call to get approval from the insurance company. This should have been done long before my appointment and could have been made known to me when they called to confirm the appointment the day before. Why did they not think of checking then? Why did the dental assistant have to tell the office clerk this information at 530 when it's her job to check? I... read more
