The biggest mistake I made was filing even one year's tax return with Ali Shahbazi. I've been going back and forth ever since because of the numerous obvious mistakes on my return. After receiving a letter from the CRA, I had to review the numbers on my T1 and found multiple significant errors, from incorrectly completing Schedule 15 for my FHSA to claiming wrong credits for work-from-home expenses, etc. Do yourself a favor and go to someone who knows their job.
