had a leak in the upstairs bathroom ceiling after a bad storm and started looking around for roofers. got a few quotes and SkyShield was somewhere in the middle price wise but they were the only ones who actually explained what was going on up there with photos. scheduled the repair pretty fast, maybe like five days out. crew showed up early morning and were done before i got back from picking up groceries. ceiling patch is on me now but the roof part is solid
The thing that stuck with me was how the foreman kept checking in with me about shingle color once they had everything laid out. Like he wanted to make sure I was still happy with it in actual sunlight versus the little sample square I picked. That kind of thing just doesn't happen a lot. The roof itself looks really sharp, it's got this dimensional look to it that makes the house feel newer than it is.
We moved to Darien like four years ago the roof was already kind of old when we bought, so it always in the back of my mind. Skyshield came out for an estimate and whole thing just felt low pressure which i appreciated. Scheduling was quick too, maybe a week and a half before they started.
great work done on my roof.crew showed up early, finished sooner than I thought.they used solid materials and left everything spotless.price was fair too.really happy with the turnout. Skyshield truly delivered big time.
