Binita was extremely helpful in getting our project to completion! She took the time to understand the design for our business and implement the traditional and modern aspects into the design. She was able to take our ideas and bring them to life with her skills and create a space that we would be proud to conduct business in. Above all else, she was great walking us through the entire permit processing and ensuring that there was minimum downtime in her work being approved by relevant parties!

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this architectural designer. From the start, they were incredibly unprofessional. Failed to respond to emails, and providing poor communication throughout the entire process. The designs were uninspired, lacked any real creativity, and didn’t align at all with the vision I had. Deadlines were constantly missed, and when I tried to address concerns, I was met with excuses rather than solutions. Overall, I regret hiring this designer and would not recommend them to anyone.
