He doesn't wait for the novicain to set in. He has cracked one of my teeth while working on another. With one of my brothers he's worked on teeth that didn't need worked on and not the one that needed it. He's been investigated for double charging, and claiming to have done work that he did not do. I know for a fact that he's been under investigations because I was called to have pictures of my teeth taken for one of the insurance companies that were filling against him.
RecommendedDr. Parsell is amazing!!! He makes time for all of his patients, my son broke his tooth during the night and when I called and left a message at the office to see if I could get him in, he called first thing the next morning. Dr. Parsell didn't have any openings but was willing to get my son in during his lunch break. He and his team put the patients first whether that means being there early, staying late, or skipping lunch! My children love him! I go to him as well! I highly recommend him!

Tooth pulled, no issues. Will be fixing up the rest of teeth. With no notice, he took me in to fix my teeth. Thankful for his services.

He definitely didnt let my tooth numb up before he started digging at it.. he was terrible. he was very rude and talked to me like I was trash..
Attitude was crappy. Staff was nice.. he however was not a nice person. I had an appointment and showed up on time and was the first in the office, he took 2 ahead of me that arrived after and I was 30 min past my appointment time. Waste of time and gas. To tell me I can't have a procedure don't that I've been having for years with the same insurance was b.s. on top of the attitude. No thanks. I'd rather drive 3 hours where I know they'll fix my tooth and have a way, way better attitude.
Absolutely horrible. Never in my life have I had so many issues following dental work. Had to have 2 teeth pulled after he failed to due proper root canals and my teeth cracked in half. Now I'm trying to find some one to repair all the other damage he did. Along with pulling one of my teeth out while I wasn't numb and then told me it was my imagination that it didn't really hurt I was just nervous. Hope they revoke his dental license.
My poor daughters teeth have been hurting since her appointment when he filled her teeth, a month ago. Will not go back.
