I had a kitchen renovation, and this plumber installed our new faucet. Unfortunately, the faucet had a factory defect and stopped working after just one day. As soon as I called him, he came back promptly and fixed the problem with a positive attitude and great professionalism. Even though the issue wasn’t caused by his work, he handled it quickly, patiently, and without hesitation. It’s hard to find someone who stands behind their work with such excellent customer service. I highly recommend him!

My strata manager recommended this company for a toilet inspection, and I was genuinely impressed—I've never seen a company respond to a call, arrive on-site, and complete the work so quickly. Everything was done in a day. This may be a special case, and I don’t want to generalize from my single experience, but their service was excellent. Highly recommended. I will always reach out to them first when I'm in a trouble.

I normally don’t leave reviews like this, but I feel obligated to share our experience. During a recent service visit, something very uncomfortable happened. While the plumber was working in our home, a bundle of my girlfriend’s underwear was found inside the plumber’s toolbox. This was discovered while my girlfriend and her mother were home alone. They replaced the toilet wax seal and valves, as well as the wax ring on another toilet. The work was completed with great care and attention to detail, and the area was left exceptionally clean. Their pricing was reasonable, and the level of service was excellent. I would confidently choose them again and highly recommend their services.
