Great company to work with, honest and helpful. I'm sad that the tea stain couldn't be removed but that was entirely my fault. However, the fringe has been restored to its original condition and looks fantastic and I can't even tell where the small repair had to be made.

We inherited a very old, very smelly, but beautiful rug. I brought it to Pars for cleaning and some minor repairs. They were extremely knowledgable and taught me a lot about the history of my rug, did a beautiful job bringing it back to life, and even delivered it to our house when it was done!
