Cutthroat Business – Even though Ihad met my insurance deductible and my insurance had accepted and processed the claim, the business manager refused to refund the considerable sum of money I had to pay up front and out of pocket to get the MRI in a timely manner. When I explained that I was not working and needed my money refunded as soon as possible, the business manager refused to refund the money.
