If I could give less than one star I would. They are the most unprofessional, disorganized and incompetent team I’ve ever had to experience. To have my calls ignored and to be bounced back and forth between providers and office staff is ridiculous. They did absolutely nothing to help me with my back and leg pain. I don’t know how anyone could have given them a higher rating. They’re a freaking mess.
Exceptional Service and Attention to Detail
My appointment was at 5pm. I came in at 4:45. Had me waiting for over an hour and 15 mins before doing the procedure. It made me miss another appointment. I asked a worker how long it would take, they told me I would be out in 10 mins. They lied. They will have you waiting for long past your scheduled appointment. They don't respect scheduled appointment times.
