TERRIBLE!!! They sold us a car with a dead battery ($184.00 out of pocket to buy a new one) and 13 days after purchasing the car the engine blew completely ($5,500.00 repair bill). The temporary tag was still on the car! Pars was of no help whatsoever. We asked them to cover the cost of the engine repair bill and they refused. i was on this dealership last month and i purchased a 2011 porsche cayan. they got my approval very easy and the gave me 6 month warranty without my request !! i got surprised with their behavior ,they were very friendly and helpful people ,i do recommend them to the others
Terrible! Horrible place and they people are animals! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! Terrible customer service! My bf and I put down on a car and they were so dry and u can tell they have no care in the world for anything! We had one issue where we had to change our insurance to liability for a couple of days and one of the guys up there called my bf and I and practically cursed us out! AWFUL!! This was the most awful experience EVER customer service was horrible the two managers one name Tony was so rude the end results was Tony throwing my refund check at me and saying F*ck her! He yelled at my elderly dad who was only there to help me! This situation brought me to tears I had to call the police cause at one point he refused to give me a refund! SHADY Business Practice! Numerous issues: Cars not passing Emissions. Dealership will not fix emission issue, they will illegally try to make the vehicle "pass" emissions leaving the consumer to foot the repair bill the following year! dealership will not release vehicles they've "fixed" siting mechanical lien. Dealership offers warranty but will not return the service agreement to the warranty provider. BEWARE!!!!!!!!! This place sold a car to me and it cut off an hour after I left the car lot. I was on my way home in South Georgia and it cut off on I-75 South. I called them and they said they couldn't do anything to help me. The said they didn't have a tow service to pick up the car to tow it back to the dealership. They were not helpful at all.
