Extremely disappointing service. Our travel plans were unexpectedly cancelled due to Cyclone Alfred however when we approached Pars Appartments to request a reschedule due to the weather event (which is out of our control) they refused, stating they have a 7-day reschedule policy. Understand a policy is in place but this was extenuating circumstances and a professional and compassionate response would have been to reschedule. We did not know the cyclone was going to cross 7-days prior so difficult to reschedule prior……Very p... read more
Great location, great rooms and views. clean and facilities were great.
