Bill is an amazing realtor. He was very accommodating to our schedules and met us anywhere we needed on our availability, was very knowledgeable about homes, and very personable and professional. He was also a great communicator and kept us informed throughout the process. Additionally, he was able to recommend others (inspector, mortgage lender, lawyer, etc) for us to work with, and all his recommendations were stellar. I highly recommended Bill!
Five stars! The Perry’s are really knowledgeable, and thorough on all things pertaining to real-estate. They are also great guys that won’t rip you off. Can’t say enough about these honest hardworking gentlemen.
SCAMMING AGENCY. I was working with my own agent at the time for a rental home in Milford CT. We set up and appointment to see the home to make sure it would accommodate our family. The home my fiance and i were looking to lease was ALSO available for purchase which WAS NOT disclosed to us when we proceeded to put in our offer for the rental agreement.
