This company had plenty of time to complete appraisal for our house sale. Because they were slow, we had to push back the closing date, adjust the contract, extend insurance coverage-this cost both us and the buyers extra money. Ask your bank or realtor for another company if possible.
Our appraisal was due on June 23. They were aware of the deadline and did not turn the appraisal in until July 5. This changed our closing and everything that we had scheduled ended up costing us an extra $534 dollars.
