I would not even give him a 1. Message after message has been called in, and even went in person once. They are not answered nor followed thru with. When you ask him at the actual appointment he says the message fell thru. He does not give refills on needed medications then it takes days to get the correct medication filled. I am talking about regular every day medications, not even pain related. This is not a way to run an office, not to care for people and their lives.
Appointment was a week ago at 8:15 I arrived at 8AM did all on line paperwork a couple days prior, updated my medications ect. Was not called back until 8:50 AM and Dr. parrot did not come into my room until well after 9:15 AM spent roughly 11 mins with me ordered labs and said he was referring me out to some places. They called me today about my labs said they were fine that’s all the comments they had and she would pass a note on about the referrals. A week after I had them done. My mate is an elderly person 81 years old. I was told they would return calls to him and didn't. He has serious pain from hip to toe. Very disappointed in this group.

Dr. Parrotts’ staff told me I could not see Dr parrot because I brought my dog inside! I was told on a recorded conversation that I had to leave my dog outside in over 100 degree heat or leave. Not one consideration for my health in any way shape or form! I was taking my dog to see a veterinarian that cared more about my dog peanuts’ health than the horrible staff at Dr parrot’s office did on August 28, 2024.
