Great Doc who listens and cares!
Dr Parrott has been my doctor for approximately 17 years. He is wonderful. Everyone in his practice is caring and compassionate and quick to respond to every need. Every referral he's given to me has been excellent as well
It does not matter how many times you call for a prescription refill or go into the office and talk to staff. They constantly tell you they will talk to the doctor and get back to you and they don't. Simple medications, not pain pills. Plan on making a new appointment every time you need a refill or it's not happening. I would not recommend this office.
I would not even give him a 1. Message after message has been called in, and even went in person once. They are not answered nor followed thru with. When you ask him at the actual appointment he says the message fell thru. He does not give refills on needed medications then it takes days to get the correct medication filled. I am talking about regular every day medications, not even pain related. This is not a way to run an office, not to care for people and their lives.
