The Parrott family and staff were amazing. Their compassion and patience helped make such a painful experience a little less so. My family will forever be grateful for the help achieving my father’s wishes. Heather was a joy to work with, greeting us the first and every time after as if we were family. Her calm demeanor and warm smile were a welcome sight the morning of the service and helped remove any worries about the possibility of something going wrong.
I have been there to many hours in my life time, miss Mr. Mayfield. Many of my loved ones have spent their last moments there before the cemetery. I have alot of respect for Tim and the others there doing their best to show you compassion and caring, thanks for all you and your staff do.
Our family and our church family have used them for many years. They are awesome people, they treat everyone like family. They are compassionate and understanding. Thank you Tim!
