I paid a great deal of money for Parrot Zik headphones and lost the battery cover... I contacted them several times to order a replacement and, weeks later, received a reply saying "they can't help me"... Horrible customer service given the cost of their products.

Worst service in the world! Poor camera performance and battery doesn't last. After a few months of using my Bebop 2 , without crash the camera started getting out of focus so that 5 months later it is useless to take video or pictures. Also the battery drains very quickly and only get 5-7 minutes of flight time. Very sad. To top it all off, Parrot WILL NOT ALLOW WARRANTY SERVICE because they don't ship to Canada.
