Wish the yankeedoodle person would reveal their true name. I have a feeling I would recognize the name if she really rented from Parrish Properties but I certainly don't find her story remotely familiar or believable. Also, Sheila S. our policy is that we absolutely perform credit/background checks. Not sure to what you are referring, but we would be happy to speak to you any time. We have been renting property for a very long time, and we have hundreds of happy tenants and owners.
You cant even get these people to answer their phone! Heck the good review was probably a employe not a satisfied customer and they will rent to anyone with money so ty people so much for putting drug dealers near my home bc you dont do background checks or what?
I've rented from them for over 2 years now and haven't had any real problems from them. They leave us to live and if we have major problems that we cannot fix ourselves they fix them. There was 1 issue where the owner was looking for the cheapest fix and it took longer to get fixed. As to the other comment there was a person who used to work there that no longer does anymore, so that may have been who he was talking about-she was pretty unprofessional. They are very nice people and I love the house I'm renting from them!
Never, ever rent a property from this company! The house we rented from them should have never been made available as it is, and they refuse to fix the problems. We have water coming in through the foundation, pipes in the basement leaking sewage and water, water coming through an improperly built door, and mildew in the entire house. It smells like rotting garbage!
