RecommendedPurchased a above ground pool with installation from these folks. Had a filter gasket failure. Repaired immediately! Kids missed NO pool time. So service after the sale is true with the Pool Store gang. They are the best!
I installed an above ground pool and am new to owning a pool. I had heard horror stories on the initial cost of the chemicals. I brought in a water sample for them to test and they got me set up with everything I needed for around $50.
Had a horrible experience at another local pool company- went to the pool store and they were amazing! My wife and I are complete newbies to our inground salt pool and the staff and owner took A LOT of time to explain everything from top to bottom, even hand writing out a list of what chemicals etc we needed to add to our pool to bring them to optimal levels and on what schedule to add them. Great to work with and very knowledgeable
We are very happy with both the on-site and in-store service that we received from Parrish Pools. Many of the in-store items were cheaper than the competitor. The repair service we received was genuine and honest.
