This place is a joke. We called to find out if they do CT scans and they said yes and that they had a few available appointments in the next 10 days. My wife called her doctor to have the order faxed to them. She calls back to make an appointment and another person says this facility has an "up charge" of $175 and our insurance doesn't cover that. Very poorly trained staff that cannot explain how they operate.
Dr Bataille is an excellent pain management specialist doctor. He takes care of me and my mother. He listens, conducts thorough exams and provides outstanding pain management. I would highly recommend him to anyone suffering in pain. Respectfully submitted, Dr. Jamilla-ann Bethune
Made an appointment for my daughter to see Giselle Rios cause online it says family practice. Well she doesn't see minors and nowhere on the online portal, paperwork,or signs at the center does it say no minors. What FAMILY PHYSICIAN doesn't see kids. Worked out for the best though cause it's a disgusting looking medical center, can't imagine they'd take care of patients when they don't take care of anything else.
Your answering service isn't intuitive and hangs up if you don't push a number immediately. It cycles you through and gets annoying instantly. How do I find out what my Drs extension is if I can't get ahold of them? 😂 Not good for a hospital. Also, I've left a message before and never received a callback.
The sleep tech James did an excellent job at my sleep study last night. This care partner should be recognized as a care partner that creates and created a Healing experience for everyone all the time. He explained everything very well, everything was very informative, bedroom and bathroom were spotless Congratulations to James Kuddos
