Now run by the ymca. Free silver sneakers. This is only limited access if you want full access it will cost you 40 a month. . They will tell you how to use the machine but can not help you with your regiment without paying for a trainer.Trainers are about 60 bucks an hour.

Love working out at the Parrish YMCA. It's convenient, clean & they have everything we need! The staff are all very friendly & a pleasure to see every day!
