DO NOT TAKE ANY OF YOUR SWEET PETS HERE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. To say it bluntly, they killed our baby 5 month old bunny yesterday. We brought in our two baby bunnies to be spayed in the morning and within a couple hours received a very cold insensitive call that our baby Churro had died. Was not impressed. I called beforehand to see what dental options they had for dogs. The person on the phone was very nice I was told my dog could be a good candidate for the nonanesthetic dental cleaning that they offer at their office. Then I told the price of the procedure, and so agreed and made the appointment for a well-check (required to get the dental cleaning) and the dental cleaning itself. I want to thank all of you that work at Parrish Creek because you guys are absolutely amazing. You go above and beyond what normal vets do. Dr. Echols is an amazing vet. Considering he took the time after hours to call me back because I had concerns about my bird just to put my mind at ease. And if you guys have to bump my appointment to save another animal’s life please do that is what you guys do is save lives. I got ripped off by another vet in salt lake. I was very upset trying to figure out what to do for a suffering animal. Parrish Creek fit me in between appointments, helped me the DAY that I called, were fair and consistent with their prices, and very kind hearted. Thank you for helping me and my fur baby, I will continue to be a loyal Parrish Creek customer. I can’t thank you enough.
