Very dependable. Professional work.
Our furnace would not kick on during one of the coldest mornings we've had. I went on-line looking for a highly rated profressional to fix the problem. I contacted Parris Heathing and Air and Joe was at our home within a few hours. He was very polite and friendly, remedied the problem within a few minutes, and had our home heating up very nicely. The charge for this service was very reasonable! I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family!
Great repairman. After purchasing our AC unit 3 years ago from a "advertise all over the place" Heating and Air company in Crossville, our unit started not working very well and needed repair. However, the company we purchased from wouldn't return our calls for days. A simple Google search brought us to Joe Parris. He answered right away, showed up, figured out what he needed, and had us up and running. Crossville take note, this is the heating and air guy you should be calling!
He had my air up and running in less than an hour. I will call him from now on!
